From a prestigious Italian mill and produced for a famous designer, this is a beautiful lightweight woven. This fabric is very versatile because it is light weight with a lovely drape yet with substance and completely opaque. It also drapes beautifully on the bias (see second dressform image). Tencel Lyocell is an eco-friendly fiber that offers the perfect balance of comfort, durability and easy care and does not cling. The small-scale "petite medallion" print (1" repeat) features a subdued mauve background and ornate medallions in inky blues. Could easily be worn from day to evening. Make a lovely blouse, formal shirt, dress, or skirt, pajama set, This fabric would also make a beautiful lining. Hand or machine wash cold and hang to dry, iron on low.
